@Oyekemi pineapple softens the uterus 4 delivery so when ur uterus is ready 4 delivery and yet ur babe is not up to the stage 4 delivery u no the end line story so pls avoid it in other to be on a safe side except when ur in ur 3rd trimester

Hope you are taking folic acid and fersolate even if you have not registered. Then everything in moderation including fruits. For the headache you can take paracetamol but please visit the hospital
