Not only cleaning, also try to use ur hand to drag out d nipples (pencil it) to enable it enter dat little tiny mouth very well.....

Pls clean ur nipple daily. Use foam with soap and clean water to clean both nipple as u shower. Thereafter, use ur olive oil and cotton wool.

@adeleke, jst use cotton wool and olive oil an head for ur niples usually u will see white stuff on d nipples dey clog d pores and prevent free flow off d breastmilk
