Good morning mummy's and doctor in d house am 32 weeks pregnant just come back from hospital I was told my PCV is low and d way d doctor is saying it

I just read up now.u dbt nid to cry pls.it happened to me when i was pregnant i almost fainted self.doc just increased my intake of ferrous cos i was taking 1 three times a day but increased to 2 three times a day.he said pcv shldnt be lower dan 30 but i was having 24 but within days it went up.so dnt panick at all

Low pcv might make u dizzy and weak.pls take ur ferrous tablets regularly an take more of vegetable.when cooking d vegetable pls dnt cook self just steam it and eat it.take wit rice,yam,solid or eat it like dat.

Eat a lot of vegetables especially Ugwu. Wash ugwu, blend it with a little water, drain d water and mix it with Malta Guinness or peak milk. Believe me next time u go antenatal d Dr will be asking u what did u do. And pls rest very well. It's well with u IJN.

@Rotimi15839, noo u don't need to cry. Just take lots of veggies n ask d doc if he can prescribe a routine drug that supply blood. In general hospital they will just tell u to start taking astyfer. But don't know for other hospitals. It is well

Y panic ma'am, d lord is with you. I had d same issue wen I was in my 29weeks cos I don't eat I jst lost my dear elder sister den. But I began to eat immediately doc said my pcv is low, mostly vegetables and fruits.. So eat vegetables and rest well

Come on, you don't need to cry. Who gave u the baby? Did u know when u conceived? U just noticed probably few weeks later. Then y have nothing to worry about Just go back to that same one God that blessed you with the baby without ur permission. Remind him of his promise concerning the Hebrew women. It's well with you. If you can lay your hands on garden egg leaves, wash and drink it, it helps to boost the blood and also take your folic acid, eat a lot of vegetable. You will be fine.
