@sandybaby, Pls start doing it, it will help strengthen the pelvic muscle back. Prolapse is as a result of it being weak. I hope you know how to do it or google it for better explanation.

I dint experience it but have read about it before. Did u do kegel exercise to strengthen your pelvic floor muscle during preg?
