It will flow my sister u need not worry. Mine didn't come until after delivery and now I use breast pad twice or thrice a day sef as na overflow

Being once a patient of high prolactin doesn't matter; Have u been treating ur breast? Cos i was told during my Antenatal classes that without the breast treatment it becomes difficult for the breast milk to flow even after delivery for some women.
