Heart burn is normal, mine was till I deliver, but my doctor introduced me to take GENOCIDE which makes the heart burn subside after taken Gestid.

I had heartburn till I put to birth, so is normal, avoid eating late and take plenty of water too.

There is one yoruba adage that says who has head has no cap and who has cap has no head. If I were you i will be happy that am eating, from day one til delivery i don't use to eat my first born was 2.7kg at birth as am typing now am feeling dizziness and is bcos am not eating. Though am not eating type b4 but the moment I concive it reduces drastically

U eating too much is not an issue bcus, dat is wht ur baby is feeding frm, as well as d hrtburn bt, as fr ur poo just make sure u take a lot of water, fruit if possible white wine.!

For heartburn its normal try not to take so much spicy foods Then for eating too much u have to work on it discipline is d watchword jst for the sake of ur baby's weight... But in d mean time try to avoid starchy and fatty foods; any tym u feel like eating get fruits

For the heartburn its normal because it will keep coming and going, as for your poo take enough fruits and drink lot of water.
