M very sorry to say this pls don't find it offensive but I wonder y mums bother their self with extra orishi rishi to add to their drugs d truth is if ur gynaecologist finds out ur body can't make do with d normal routine drugs then he will prescribe supplement to aid u get d vitamins required for ur baby's formation.. Just be sure to patronise a gud gynaecologist that's all u shud bother abt

Remember too much iron is risk to ur baby health....use only d calcium wit obron 6, folic acid ,iron and other vit B series is in obron 6
