As for the food my boy do that too and he is close to 3 but what am doing for him now is to feed him very well in the night before he sleep i make sure he is full and he will not wake in the night. For the dipper is not a day job is what you should have started since but not too late anytime you are at home don't use dipper for him and always take him to toilet when you get there if he is talking already you say pee & if he is not talking u do seeeee til he will master him even in the mild night
