Once after your sit bath, check the hot water very well u will c it there, it is white in colour.

Six weeks and even more. It depends on your own cut. Cos my own lasted up to 2months but it will melt on its own and please don't use much hot water nor using soap on your vagina.Use your kitchen chair when sitting. Don't seat on foams until you are healed.

Episeotomy can take up to 6weeks before healing up. But healing depends on ones body system. Do your sit bath it helps a lot
