Itz beta if u take him 2 d hospital. Cuz not all greenish watery stool is teeth problem my baby had similar issue wen he was 3mnth pple said itz teeth but I took him 2 d hospital n did stool n blood test. He was having maleria. So just check him up in. D hospital
