I used to have issues with lactation but I discovered taking a lot of water helped. You can also get fenugreek capsules, it's a herb and completely harmless. Eating cooked oats also helps a lot.

Take fluid and eat very well u will see hw it breastmilk will flow and also try to clean ur nipple with olive oil with cotton wood, if is not still flowing try friso gold cereal miss it light with d formula bcos
