When you are done grinding your guinea corn smoothly, you sieve out the shaft and dispose or feed your house animals. Then use a large chiffon cloth and squeeze out the water from the already sieved pap until there is no water in it by placing heavy items on the chiffon cloth having the pap in it. Then put in a cotton bag (normally a salt bag) and refrigerate if using it for a short while or freeze if using it for a long time.
