Everything has to be taken with moderation but u can use honey instead of sugar, taking tea and milk once in a while is still ok!

Nne @uche' tking sugary tins while pregnant is not bad so long as is not "too much" unless if u hv a history of gestational diabetes. If u hv started ante natal.. U confirm frm ur Dr ok.
