What is hiccups pls

Alot of reasons, from change in temperature of the stomach, to being over fed or even swallowing too much while feeding etc bt its nothing to worry about . I read from here dt u can burp ur baby to help relieve it, bt me I always give breast to my baby when ever she has hiccup and it stops instantly. cus I exclusively breastfed her, even after exclusive feeding at six months I found out breast milk worked better Dan water . Cus sometimes she wont be willing to drink water.
