Washing with just water is fine.. Soap isn't necessary. Apply Vaseline daily

@Ugo17314, nne wont scrubing wit sponge hurt u? Pls ur nipples r soft. Do not scrub wit sponge so u wont crack ur nipples before baby wil arrive

You wash the nipple with mild soap when bathing and you moisturize the nipple with either coconut oil, Shea butter or olive oil using cotton wool. All the best.

Clean it often with water whn u r bathing or clean towel wit oil
