You're right. Put a flannel on your arm for baby to rest the head while you're breastfeeding. It's the heat that comes out of your baby's body while breastfeeding that causes the heat. Apply ytacan cream (from chemist) and any Dustin powder you have on your palm. Mix it well and rub it on the affected area.
