Pls what causes wrong positioning of foetus inside the belly
@Dr fabusuyi G.I, sir if fetal position is occipital anterior, and placenta location is anterior, what does it mean sir,also a friend had previous cs and would like to try normal delivery now scar thickness is 4.2,no scar window seen,is it OK?

The positioning of the fetus depends on where the placenta is located. If the placenta is occupying the position of the fetus, the fetus would be wrongly positioned. Again Note that the fetus can assume any position until 36 weeks as s/he can freely swim about in the amniotic fluid. But if at 36weeks, the position is still not normal on the scan then we can diagnose a wrong or abnormal position
