Anyone taking Pregnancare Breastfeeding/new mums? i know it contains vitamins dat helps reduce fatigue& tiredness but Pls i wanna know if it increases

@peace19891 thanks a lot. My baby is on EBF. Breastfeeding makes me get tired. So i was thinkin mayb i shld try it

Yes to an extent but I will advice not to only depend on it. Eat very well to so the breast milk will be balanced.

Lactation, am not sure, dunno if its a coincidence dT my lactation increased d first month post partum cos I didn't continue. My pcv was very low after delivery so it was recommended for me n my pcv really increased fast. What I can pinpoint increased my lactation was frisomum.
