This is wot i did wen my baby had it. In d morning after bathing her i use her cream for her which is shea butter mixed with coconut oil. Den at night after her bath i use just Sudocrem on d affected part and use Rising Sun powder on all her body. It worked magic. All gone and her skin is as smooth as ever!! You can try it.

Get undiluted coconut oil. It works even for rashes and it would smoothen ur baby's skin. That is what I use for my son.
