Can I refreeze breastmilk again after it has melted? I took out some milk from the deep freezer which I melted in warm water. I was able to use only two.

Always label your milk and be conscious of the volume. Take one out at a time to thaw

Rather than feed from the breast directly, express that and freeze. Let the baby finish the ones you have thawed first

You should always take out just what you need. You should not freeze again but use as soon as possible today
