Does tying stomach around my stomach after normal delivery really help in reducing tummy? Any real testimonials? I don't feel any changes

@ Margaret and Vesla Magai I started tying after 3weeks . But u have title the wrapper round ur tummy, don't leave any space. Also when taking my bath I place very hot towel on my Tommy, though not hard pressing. If u can't use wrapper u can use ur girdle my dears. No harm

It really works ,tie ur tummy and take hot tea and warm water it helps to shrink the womb back to its normal size, and u can also do situps so that your tummy will become firm

It does my dear, but u have to do it strictly with determination. I gave birth via cs and I did tie my Tommy which helped me gr8ly. Follow up with hot drinks. Ur water and tea

It never worked for me too so I stopped it. Exercise was helpful for me
