General is better bc most of dem has equipments and experienced midwives and OB/gynea. Though it depends on d kind of "private". A frnd deliverd tru emergency cs in a private hosp @36 weeks,dey do not hv incubator and also cldnt resuscitate d baby, dey took her to a higher private hosp' ( NISA) in abuja. Dey resuscitated d baby and put her in incubator/oxygen. Baby is fyn and dey paid 1.8million. U cld go to private and if dia is emergency most times dey Wil stil tk d person to gen hosp."private" cld be fyn all tins being equal
