Infact my mother in law went to buy the formula herself when we went out, she will overfeed him before we got back. If you are not lactating well or baby is always crying for more, please add formula. But if you are gifted in milk, no need

Above all don't starve ur baby. If you want to go on exclusive breast feeding make sure you do all dat is required to haf enough breastmilk flow, otherwise do as d say

You know what you want best for your child, just find a polite way on insisting on what you want. Breastmilk is the best for a child until 6months when you will have to substitute with other things but still give breastmilk. All the best.
