By the way menstrual, normal menstrual cycle shouldn't be less than 21 days. If it's lesser, it's called polymenorrhea. The significance of this is that your ovulation may occur while you're still menstruating. Making conception difficult. I'll strongly advice you see your doctor in this regard. Cheers

Subtract 14 from 19. What you get is 5. This implies that you ovulate on the 5th day you start seeing your menstrual flow.
