Baby movements initially feels like gas movements, you may not realize it's your baby moving.

For a first time mother, you many not be able to identify the kicks. They are just like flutters for now. Chances are, your baby is kicking and doing fine. Keep your mind at peace, you'll soon feel your baby kick

Kicks depends on ur placenter position ,and 20wks is not a guarantee point.some ppl feel as late as 23 weeks so relax ur mind.ur baby will soon b boxing
