Good pm Mum's and Doctors in the house . I notice I have frequent headache and checking my Bp it's 140/90. Pls what and what should I do.

See your doctor plz. She'll place you on some drugs as not all hbp has to do with over thinking.... Drink alot of water and reduce your salt intake.
