Though u also av to put on d right kind of bra. Use nursing mums bra not d one dat will compress ur milk duct. Ur bra has to be comfortable.

Putting on bra doesnt reduce milk production. However to increase ur milk production, increase ur fluid intake, take fluid diets with milk, e.g pap, oats, custard, tea, drink enough water especially after each episode of breastfeeding, eat fruits too e.g watermelon, eat vegetables and eat healthy.
