Have you recently changed to a different diaper? Try to be consistent with the use of one diaper brand also change her nappy often like 3-4 times a day to avoid rash. Lastly, stick with tribotan each time after a good bath and try to expose her bum to good ventilation to avoid heat which causes rashes.
