Slping on ur back at dia stage wont hurt so long as u wont slp on ur back for a very long time.

Please stop using the back to sleep. I remember going to the hospital when I was pregnant to ask for sleeping tab ,the doc refused prescribing anything, saying sometimes insomnia is part of the perks of pregnancy. I believe it will get better with time n also if you usually find it difficult to sleep before you got pregnant, like me... Pregnancy will aggravate it. The best position to sleep when pregnant is on your left hand side, you could do right hand side too sometimes but sleeping facing down n up is a NO NO.
