Hi, Experts and moms in the house. My 13 months baby is bleeding because of hard stool. Any food to suggest that will make his poo softer?

Did hear u say bleeding? Or just blood stain in his stool? If hes bleeding, pls take him to d hospital but if its just blood stain, give him plenty of water to drink, u can extract orange juice for him and also water melon, also vegetable!
