Congratulations ma, the work starts now, usually we advice the husband to help pull the nipple out either with mouth or fingers , this should be done severally in a day and should have started when u were pregnant but not too late. It is usually frustrating for babies not to be able to hold on to nipple, in the interim u will need to manually express the milk into a cup and feed the baby with cup and spoon plus put the baby to breast often till the nipples are well out.
