How do I stop breastfeeding my 10 months old baby for health reasons? I want to start giving him, coconut, date & tiger nut juice to replace d times I use to breastfeed him because he doesn't like the formula though I do mix d formula in his pap, I want to know if d tiger nut juice is healthy for him. thanks
