I gave birth 3 weeks ago n am having pains in my stomach,what is d cause n what do I do 4 d pain 2 stop?

If d pain is not serious, its most likely to be after pain due to involution i.e ur uterus is returning back to its pre-pregnancy state. The pain usually increases during breastfeeding but if its a serious pain, pls see ur doc ASAP.
