I give breast milk to my baby. Breast milk was good until the first month but it reduced in the second month. How do I increase it?

Am telling u all I do. My baby is 5months plus, still on exclusive and I am a working mother . So I extract enough for him to drink while at work

A lot of ways to increase it.. taking palmwine, kunu, tiger nut drink. Using fenugreek capsule taking oat , pap drinking at most 3litres of water everyday, then enough rest
