Sorry abt this sis, pls i will advise u to go to d hospital ASAP. And after u are stable, make sure u see a consultant gynaecologist. Go to a govt hospital. The Reason for recurrent miscarriage will be determined by d weeks u usually lost them and some test might also be carried out. With God and a good O&G consultant by ur side, everything will be fine.
