I have irregular periods which has been affecting my chances of conceiving. Are there any methods to maintain a regular menstrual cycle?

I will advice you to go for culture and sensitivity test with ur early morning urine. Infection causes irregular menstruation most times, I was a victim of this, if not God intervention thru someone who told me run test. I was not having any form of discharge or itching at all. I use a private toilet. Thinking that am safe or free infections. After treating infection my menses regularize. Thanks
