I Just completed Exclusive breastfeeding for my 6months baby. I just introduce cereals for him he eats well but the poo is now black and it's smell too much Nd my baby is refusing to drink water after every feed.pls, help me.

Congratulation on completing EBF. Also, you can always give water outside meals not necessarily immediately after. Also, make sure the consistency of what you feed him is right.

A newborn’s first stool is likely to be black with a tar-like consistency. This is called meconium, and it contains mucus, skin cells, and amniotic fluid. Black stool shouldn’t last more than a couple of days. Black Poo at 6 months is worrisome, you have to see a doctor asap
