Last scan on 23rd July said am 23 weeks and my last period was on 16th February 2018, please how many weeks now

From my calculation you are 24weeks and some days gone but you scan can't give u accurate results.even doctors don't follow ur scan....they will ask for the date of your last period and count from there.
