My mother did same for her children nothing happened, I did for my son at 2 weeks, fluid was coming out from one of his ears I had to stop lying down to feed him

Hmmmm mummies my mum was staying alone wen she gave birth to my siblings and I n she told me she normally lie down n breastfeed us at ngt.And I do it as well since my baby was 2mnths plus n we will be 9mnths tmrw and I have not notice anytin like coming out from my baby's ear so I don't think is true
