since you notice the child might be reacting to one of the eye drops kindly discontinue and do as advised

Kindly see an Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and management
They may need to culture the discharge to know the specific microorganism and the appropriate antibiotics eye drops ... It may not be any of the common ones.....
Hope you do clean and irrigate the eyes with normal Saline before applying the eye drops.
