My 3 years old baby girl can't hold urine for long what I mean is that before she says"I WANT TO WEE WEE" she has already peed on herself and it just started not quite long, My doctor or she said she will outgrow it. I'm worried

This is if it is a recent development. If it has been a long standing complaint, you need to see a Paediatrician who may refer to a Paediatric Nephrologist to rule out abnormalities in the urinary tract

Most likely she has Urinary tract infection. Kindly take her to see a doctor for proper evaluation including urine lab tests to confirm the infection and appropriate antibiotics treatments..
