Was the bend there before the circumcision? Or just noticed after the circumcision? Whichever way, this will be better appreciated when examined/seen physically. kindly take him for evaluation by a Paediatric surgeon or urologist as soon as possible. If any intervention is needed, you will be told. If it is considered a mild case, it may not require any surgical intervention.
