Please STOP putting breastmilk in babies eyes, breastmilk is basically food not antibiotics nor eyes drop, if your baby has issues with his/her eyes kindly see a paediatrician.

If discharge isn't much then it's nothing to worry about.
But if it is much and sticky kindly take baby to see a paediatric ophthalmologist ASAP.
