My baby two to three days before he poop My baby take two to three days before he poop he always push hard even after pushing hard it will not still come out and the poop is hard, I started noticing it when I started giving him pap and baby milk he is 4 month plus. What should I give him to make him poop easily. Good evening mum in the house I need your help.

He's too young to begin solids (pap). He should solely be fed breastmilk and or formula till he is 6 months, then you can 'add' pap. That said,you need to give enough water because pap is a solid. Water would help aid his digestion and thus help him poop. Also hold him upright as against lying down as gravity also plays its own role. Finally, he's not expected to poop daily.
