He's too young to begin solids (pap). He should solely be fed breastmilk and or formula till he is 6 months, then you can 'add' pap. That said,you need to give enough water because pap is a solid. Water would help aid his digestion and thus help him poop. Also hold him upright as against lying down as gravity also plays its own role. Finally, he's not expected to poop daily.
Yes give orange.. Diluted with water.... Mash the banana to give. It is okay. You can also add the fruit to the cereals.

X-rays only does not tell you a baby is fine depending on the condition.... This kind of cases are best managed by specialists at Teaching Hospitals. Kindly take the child back to the hospital preferably a Teaching Hospital to see a Paediatric Surgeon for further evaluation and management
If your child is exclusively breastfeeding you don't need to worry.
But if your child is on formula try giving water in between whenever you are feeding the baby.
