Beans + powdered crayfish mashed sweet or irish potatoes + fish, yam, egg, Mashed unripe or unripe plantain (i usually prefer unripe cos its rich in iron)+ fish...fruits like mashed banana, watermelon, pawpaw etc for fluid diets pap +milk for babies his age+ soya beans (i do not recommend soya beans for babies less than a year, u can google it), oatmeal + milk etc...Giving ur baby homemade food is a lot better than feeding with processes foods!
