Your colleague has to keep putting the baby to latch till the milk flows eventually.The baby's sucking action would trigger the milk flow, and sometimes, it can take a while for that to happen, its not necessarily a problem yet.

Please note that breastmilk is produced based on demand. That is, the more the baby sucks, the more the breastmilk will flow. Let her keep putting baby to breast
