Nice! Women are learning to be less judgemental and more supportive. As a doctor, yes I wanted to do EBF but it did not work as I was always feeling too tired to be efficient in the mornings and I was rapidly losing weight. So I decided to do mixed feeding, it did not kill my baby and we did just fine. Take all the advice that's recommended but remember to tailor it according to what benefits you the most.

EBF has a whole lot of benefits, but d truth still remain d same, we are all different n should appreciate our differences. I encouraged myself 2 go on d EBF, but wen I realized dat all effort put in proves abortive ( despite my breast went so big during n after pregnancy). I switched bcos after 6weeks my baby added just 500g. I encourage dat while seeking for counsel take what is convenient for you. But I think every advice here mean well. God bless us all.
