You have to ascertain the injection site isn't swollen . If it is, you will need to take the child back to the hospital for better evaluation cos the swelling could form abscess. if no swelling you can give analgesics e. g paracetamol to reduce the pain. The child will recover with time. If limping persists, kindly take the child to the hospital.
