You have to ascertain the injection site isn't swollen . If it is, you will need to take the child back to the hospital for better evaluation cos the swelling could form abscess. if no swelling you can give analgesics e. g paracetamol to reduce the pain. The child will recover with time. If limping persists, kindly take the child to the hospital.

Yes you should give him tetanus injection immediately. According to Dr Gbemisola pls take the Tetanus Toxoids at a Government hospital.... at a Health Center or Teaching Hospitals..... All these roadside chemists do not keep the vaccines properly.
Sometimes the BCG is given too deep instead of into the skin. Usually, to confirm in case of no BCG scar, we will do a mantoux test to see if there is a reaction expected for someone who has had BCG. If there is none after 72 hours, we will give the BCG again as long as the child is healthy(a normal Chest Xray may be needed at times)

Normally, Your doctor will administer at least one dose of RhoGAM Ultra-Filtered PLUS Injection between 26 and 28 weeks of pregnancy because it will last for about 12 weeks. If the newborn is RH positive, the mother will receive another dose of RhoGam within 72 hours after delivery. Make sure you discuss this with your doctor during your next Antenatal visit
